What the free audit includes

The free tier of HubDeck runs the complete set of audit checks across your Contacts, Deals, and Companies. Here's exactly what's included.

Contact Checks (Free)

• Missing email address — Count of contacts with no email on file
• Missing name — Count of contacts where both first and last name are blank
• Missing lifecycle stage — Count of contacts with no lifecycle stage assigned
• No recent activity — Count of contacts with no activity or modification in the last 180 days
• Duplicate emails — Count of email addresses that appear on more than one contact record

Deal Checks (Free)

• Missing close date — Open deals with no close date set
• Missing amount — Open deals with no dollar amount
• No associated contacts — Deals with no contact associations
• No associated company — Deals with no company association
• Stale deals — Open deals that haven't been modified in 60+ days

Company Checks (Free)

• Missing domain name — Companies with no domain field populated
• Missing industry — Companies with no industry assigned
• No associated contacts — Company records with no contact associations
• No associated deals — Company records with no deal history

What Free Doesn't Include

Free tier returns counts only — the number of records affected by each issue. To see the actual records (contact names, deal IDs, company names) and export them to CSV, you'll need HubDeck Pro.
