Canceling or pausing your subscription

Step-by-step instructions for canceling or pausing HubDeck Pro billing.

You can cancel your HubDeck Pro subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term commitments.

How to Cancel

To cancel your Pro subscription, email billing@hubdeck.co with your account email and we'll process the cancellation within one business day. Self-serve cancellation via the account dashboard is coming soon.

When you cancel, your Pro access continues through the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier — all your previous audit history is preserved, but record-level detail and export will no longer be available.

Pausing Your Subscription

If you want to pause rather than cancel (for example, during a period when you're not actively running audits), email us at billing@hubdeck.co and we'll work something out. We'd rather pause your account than lose you entirely.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first charge if you're not satisfied. For subsequent billing periods, we don't offer prorated refunds, but we're reasonable — if something went wrong, reach out.
